It is SUPER bright. I have no trouble seeing it 100 yards out in full sunlight. The actual size of the dot is much

larger than my red light. It is easy to adjust, and so far it seems to remain true. The battery is lasting a lot

longer than I thought it would which is a good thing because it is not a rechargeable battery. I picked up a dozen

batteries for a little under twenty bucks, and so far I have not had to change it
