防災訓練の日という事で、e-じゃん掛川も災害モード中。
PCから見ると画面の配色が変わって静岡県土木総合防災情報サイポスレーダーへのリンクと、災害コミュニティへのリンクが表示される模様。
災害コミュの内容は、ログインしていなくても見ることが出来るのだが、書き込むのにはあらかじめ災害コミュへの参加が必要。
もっと広く、災害情報を書き込めるようにした方が良いのではないかな。
情報の信頼性ということで、こういった仕様なのだろうが。

また、携帯版のほうは通常と変わらず。
災害時にはPCを利用するよりも形態での利用が増えそうな気がするのだが、このあたりどうなんだろう。
もっとも災害時に携帯が通常に使える保証はないのだが。
